I have more than 6 years of experience in Software Industry. I have worked in various branches of Software Development in Telecommunications Domain. Having been associated with known Brands like Samsung and Bharti, I have been able to realize the working style, strategy planning and organizational structure of big organizations.

I also got the opportunity to learn Virtual Team Management. The Engineers from Poland and Engineers were placed at UK, Italy, France and Germany.
I have also worked with Universal Software, a small scale organization; this company has helped me to understand the working style of a small scale organization at the root level. Here, I got my inbuilt Entrepreneur skills more strong.
All in all, I have worked with these 3 companies which have head quarters at very different locations of the world which gave me the experience and learning the way of working of an Indian Multinational, Korean Multinational and US Based Organization.

I hail from a small town Roorkee, better known for its premium University – IIT Roorkee. I was born in Lucknow, my native place on 18th Oct...of some year! I am a light hearted person with good sense of humor. Love to travel and explore new places. By profession I am into Software Development Industry and my Domain is Telecommunications. By education I am an Electronics and Communication Engineer and also have done General Management from IIM-Bangalore.
I have a small family and limited number of friends. My family includes My Father, My Mother, My Chacha and my two Brothers, one elder and one younger. As everybody does, I love my family a lot and am very possessive about them.
Areas in which I have worked are back to back process in SDLC and have helped me to achieve the overall understanding of SDLC in Telecommunications space. I wish to move forward into Product Management. Down the line 10 years, I would also like to taste success in the Marketing space, as by nature I am creative and like to experiment.
My Schooling
I have had enough Sunshine,
I have had enough Rain,
But I still want another chance to grow up once again!
I have done my schooling from Roorkee. A convent school with the name St.Ann’s. I owe a lot of my personality traits to my school, as everybody else says, the building years of a person is the school days. I have enjoyed my school life thoroughly and have taken part in all the extracurricular activities a student can imagine! I was also the Head Girl of my school, the most prestigious position for a school going kid.
I have always been an average student at school and have made sure to excel in Extracurricular Activates . From the very beginning I have been an extremely brilliant student, but as I grew up, I realized studies is not the end of the world. So, I made proper time management and so divided my time in studies, leadership and extra curricular activities. That’s when I became average student but my teachers Fav and always came first in Debates, Elocution. I was specially known to my school mates for my Acting and Mimicry skills. I won several (many many) awards in Acting at school, inter-school and state level. My best friend in school was Deepali and later she became my room partner in colleague in college as well.
My College-
I did my B.Tech from Meerut in Electronics and Communication form SIET, Meerut. Getting into a college in Meerut with loads of boys hailing from U.P. was a cultural shock for me. But eventually, I made few very good friends at college. At college I realized that life was more than studies and extracurricular activities, so I started seeing few movies . I was one of the very active member of an Inter college event organized at my college with the name – Renaissance. At Renaissance apart from organizing the function, I also won the interschool debate competition.
My Post Graduation at IIM-Bangalore-
My Post graduation was a bit different kinds as it was Executive Education for Experienced professionals. My Classmates had various level of experience varying form a 3 year to 22 years of Experience. The industries were however same (Software and IT) but with various domains like Development, retail, chain management etc. My Favorite subject was Strategy and my Favorite professor was also our Strategy professor-Prof.Raghunath (If you want you can see him in one of the scenes at 3 Idiots movie). My Program head was Prof. S.Krishanan whom I admire a lot. At IIM-B I also got the opportunity to meet Ms.Komala, my program coordinator and a big reason for which I got into IIM-B. She is a multi talented person, and a very down to earth lady. The present Dean of IIM-B Prof. Shyamal Roy was our Economic professor, a very talented personality
I learnt many trait of Management at IIM-B.
My major subjects were-
My Acting Stint-
I did several plays with NSD-National School of Drama. I also did Acting classes with Mr. Barry John at Imago School of Acting. At the moment because of my work load I am not pursuing the acting talent, but I promise all my well wishers, I will be back and meet you on the screen (Silver screen I suppose )
My Favorite Poems-
Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep.
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
-Robert Frost
Himmat karne waalon ki haar nahin hoti……
Lehron se dar kar nauka paar nahi hoti
himmat karne waalon ki haar nahi hoti
Nanhi cheenti jab daana lekar chalti hai
chadhti deewaron par sau baar fisalti hai
Mann ka vishwas ragon mein saahas banta hai
chadh kar girna, gir kar chadhna na akharta hai
Akhir uski mehnat bekar nahi hoti
koshish karne waalon ki haar nahi hoti…
Dubkiyan sindhu mein gota khor lagaata hai
ja ja kar khaali haath laut aata hai
Milte na sahaj hi moti paani mein
badta doogna utsaah issi hairaani mein
Mutthi uski khaali har baar nahi hoti
himmat karne waalon ki haar nahi hoti…
Asafalta ek chunauti hai sweekar karo
kya kami reh gayi dekho aur sudhaar karo
Jab tak na safal ho neend chain ki tyago tum
sangharshon ka maidaan chhodh mat bhago tum
Kuch kiye bina he jai jai kaar nahi hoti
himmat karne waalon ki haar nahi ho
